The breakfast here is fantastic, especially for vegans, and the staff are incredibly friendly.

I was impressed by how clean my room was thanks to the incredibly helpful staff, the room had all the amenities, and the location was both wonderful and peaceful compared to the central area.

The staff here are incredibly polite, and you can enjoy beautiful views of the sunset and the city from this central location where everything is excellent, with Hoa Tuc being a great lunch spot nearby.

The property is exceptionally clean and true luxury. Nicely decorated & top quality room, a lounge and a safe in there. Incredibly professional staff with knowledge of the place. Comfortable and the best location in particularly good area, next to major sights, many restaurants to choose from and easily walkable for a night stroll to-and-from dinner, and almost all the main attractions and shopping centres. Simply no reason to complain, very very good stay...

The staff was super-friendly and amazingly polite, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from an expansive museum was marvellous. Thoroughly enjoyed the shopping area.

The property was truly exceptional with service-oriented staff providing excellent service. I ate at a fantastic restaurant for breakfast. The beds were comfortable, and the view of the sunset and city was stunning.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they provided first-class service with a friendly and professional demeanor. They couldn't do enough for us and always had a sense of humor. Special mention goes to Mint, the team leader, who went above and beyond to help one of our group members who needed medical attention. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with access to Club Milleseme and great food and drinks. The pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The location was fantastic, close to the cathedral, great restaurants, and bars in this vibrant city.

During my recent stay at Sofitel, I was impressed by the excellent customer service. However, the duty manager, Nguyen Thanh Trung, went above and beyond to make up for it. He upgraded our room and arranged for us to swim at another 5-star hotel. Trung checked in with us throughout our stay and even arranged special surprises for our son. The rest of the staff were also fantastic, capable, attentive, and friendly. this was a truly 5-star service experience.

Overall really good service and location. In Room Check in was great, and suited me perfectly Concierge was really helpful. It was a nice touch that the manager came to see me off on departure.

If one pays the extra cost for an airport transfer, I would expect the Airport Rep to be waiting rather than the guest waiting for the rep. Staff need to be a bit more "human" with the guest and not avoid interaction. Especially in the F&B outlets (apart from the lounge, service was great there) Also the old printer in the reception should be changed, it makes a horrible noise and it disturbs the whole ambiance of the lobby area. The operator, needs to have a better English understanding, i repeated myself 3/4 times and then gave up with one of my requests. on other occasions it was good though.
